After 58 years of dedicated service at our Gordon Drive location, Dawson International Truck Centres and Dawson Idealease is excited to announce we have moved to a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility.

Everything in Dawson International Truck Centres’ new home was built around having great employee workflow, efficiency, and safety – with a leading edge service facility and inviting parts showroom – elevating our service to our valued customers.
After months of planning, construction began in July 2023, and our new location officially opened on September 3, 2024.
Our new location at 3953 Highway 97 North, near Reid’s Corner, provides easier access for drivers, away from the downtown congestion. The sheer size of our new lot will also allow for much more freedom and comfort.

Our quick lubes are now even quicker! Thanks to our brand-new automated oil and lubricant system, coupled with our dedicated quick lube and diagnostic bay, we’re cutting down wait times and ensuring even better uptime for our valued customers.
This basic service inspection includes an oil change, chassis lubrication, and a review of 32 everyday operational items, such as fluids, wipers, air conditioning, brakes and instrument panel.
We’ve installed a state-of-the-art 5-ton overhead crane at our new Kelowna location. This addition isn’t just about boosting efficiency, shortening service times, and increasing safety – it’s about stepping up our game to tackle even bigger jobs.

Our drive-thru bays process vehicles in a consistent order, allowing technicians to seamlessly transition from one vehicle to the next. This eliminates the delays commonly associated with traditional commercial truck service bays, ensuring your vehicle is serviced efficiently.
The drive-thru bays require less overall space than traditional commercial truck setups by eliminating the need for vehicles to execute cumbersome turnarounds.
By enabling vehicles to drive straight through, we significantly reduce vehicle handling. This minimizes the risk of accidents or damage, ensuring a safer environment for both our customers and technicians.
